Skating Is Not About Your Age

At the St. Paul FSC, we believe that skating is a sport for all ages. Our adult program offers opportunities in all disciplines of skating including singles, pairs and ice dance. Our program is designed for both the recreational adult skater who is looking for fun and fitness as well as the competitive adult skater who is looking to pass tests and compete at sanctioned US Figure Skating events. No matter what your goals, St. Paul FSC is a place where you will be encouraged and supported as a member of the team.

St. Paul FSC offers the following opportunities for our adult skaters:

• Designated contract sessions for adults

• Opportunities to skate on level equivalent contract sessions

• Specialized off-ice training designed for adults

• Coaches who have experience working with adults

• Weekend Summer Training Camp

• Adult number in Annual Ice Show

• Social opportunities throughout the year
