An invitation-based bridge program that brings skaters into the club community.
Pre-Competition Team is an invitation-based bridge program designed to transition skaters from Learn to Skate into the full St. Paul Figure Skating Club experience.

About
This program focuses on developing the foundational skills needed for competitive figure skating, while introducing athletes to the structure, expectations, and community of club skating. Skaters will train in a supportive, team-oriented environment as they build confidence, consistency, and readiness for future competition opportunities.

Schedule and Pricing
Wednesdays, June 17 – August 19 (10 weeks)
3:40 – 4:30 pm on-ice class
4:40 - 5:00 pm off-ice class
Gustafson/Phalen Ice Arena
$300 (includes ice fees)

Private lesson time is available prior to each session for skaters interested in additional one-on-one instruction. Families may contact any of the club’s staff coaches directly, or reach out for guidance on getting started.

How to Register
Participation is by invitation only. Families who have received an invitation are encouraged to register promptly to secure their spot.

Wardrobe
Skaters should come to class in tight-fitting athletic layers for warmth and easy range of movement.

Example 1: Tights under leggings, a long-sleeved shirt, a zip-up athletic jacket without a hood. Preferred color is black.
